- Responsible for Sales of AMC's and Spares Parts.
- Lead a PAN India team of 40 plus service engineers.
- Responsible for customer co-ordination, customer feedback and customer satisfaction.
- Planning and distributing tasks and responsibilities to Engineers.
- Responsible for recruitment and learning and development of the services team to ensure that it is adequately staffed and has the right skills and knowledge to meet the organizational requirements at all times.
- Responsible for setting up, maintaining and improving the system of capturing customer complaints and resolving them within fixed timelines.
- Management Reporting and providing strategic inputs to increase Services and Spares Revenue.
- Provide leadership to the services team in terms of work allotment, training and development, performance management, technical and commercial help on various issues.
